This policy applies to the JetHost website and implementation, development, and marketing work commissioned from JetHost. It covers the work commissioned from JetHost and the use of this website. Clients must have authority over the systems, accounts, content, and data they provide and must be able to authorise the agreed work.
2. Prohibited activity
Do not use the website or commission work for unlawful activity, fraud, phishing, malware distribution, unauthorised access, credential theft, or infringement of others’ rights. Do not ask JetHost to conceal malicious behaviour, impersonate another party deceptively, or bypass access restrictions without lawful authority.
3. Communications and campaigns
Do not supply unlawful or infringing material or commission abusive campaigns, deceptive messages, spam, or misuse of personal information. Marketing activity must respect applicable requirements and the relevant platform’s rules. Clients are responsible for confirming rights and permissions for supplied claims, images, audience data, and account access.
4. Credentials and technical boundaries
Use an agreed method for sharing access, grant only the permissions required, and revoke access when it is no longer needed. Do not send secrets in the enquiry form. Testing and configuration work must remain within the systems, permissions, and boundaries agreed for the engagement.
5. Website abuse
Do not interfere with the website, overload its enquiry endpoint, attempt to evade abuse controls, or submit malicious or misleading requests. The application may reject submissions that fail its validation, request checks, or rate limits. Rejection does not establish that an enquiry has been received.
6. Concerns and response
Report suspected misuse connected with JetHost’s work to support@jethostmax.com, providing enough information to understand the concern without disclosing unnecessary sensitive data. Any project restriction, suspension, termination, or remedial action must follow the engagement agreement, the Terms and Conditions, and applicable obligations. This policy does not create an unrestricted right to retain fees or access.
