1. Scope and applicable agreement
This policy concerns JetHost’s implementation, development, and marketing engagements. It does not describe retail goods, shipping, or a hosting subscription. The accepted engagement agreement and applicable rights govern cancellation and any refund. Any refund is assessed against the agreed work, payments, authorised commitments, and applicable rights. There is no general money-back guarantee.
2. Before work starts
If you wish to cancel before work begins, contact support@jethostmax.com and identify the proposal or engagement. The review should establish whether work has started, whether any agreed capacity has been reserved, and whether authorised third-party commitments have already been made. The treatment of any deposit depends on the agreement and applicable rights.
3. After work starts
A cancellation review should identify work performed, completed or accepted milestones, outstanding deliverables, and costs authorised under the agreement. The parties should agree which activities stop and what handover is appropriate. Fees for completed work and any reserved work depend on the agreed terms; unperformed work should not be treated as completed merely because a project has been cancelled.
4. Prepaid balances and committed costs
Any prepaid amount should be reconciled against the agreed charges and legitimate commitments applicable to the engagement. The resulting balance and any refund due should be explained to the client. Third-party licences, production expenses, and other committed costs should be identified separately and assessed under their terms and the project agreement.
5. Advertising spend and recurring work
Advertising spend paid to a platform is distinct from JetHost’s service fees and may be subject to the platform’s own rules. Any unused platform balance, committed campaign spend, or refund should be reviewed with the relevant account owner. If recurring services are later agreed, their cancellation terms must be set out expressly; none are created by this website.
6. How to raise a concern
Send your project reference, the reason for your request, and the relevant invoice or correspondence to support@jethostmax.com. Avoid sending passwords or unnecessary personal information. JetHost and the client should review the agreement, work record, and disputed charges before determining the appropriate outcome. Any agreed response or processing arrangements are those set out in the engagement.
7. Closing an engagement
The closing record should address any refund or outstanding balance, agreed handover materials, account access, confidential information, and third-party obligations. Ownership and licensing remain subject to the engagement agreement. Nothing in this policy is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
